This Client Consulting Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the consulting relationship between Kevrionix (“Consultant”) and the individual or business engaging the consulting services (“Client”).
By purchasing, scheduling, or participating in consulting services provided by Kevrionix, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this Agreement.
Kevrionix provides strategic consulting services intended to assist skill-based entrepreneurs in analyzing aspects of their business and identifying potential structural improvements.
Consulting services may include:
All services provided are consultative and advisory in nature.
Kevrionix does not operate, manage, or execute any part of the Client’s business.
The consulting engagement typically includes:
Any additional work outside the defined consulting session(s) is not included unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.
The Consultant is not responsible for performing operational work, marketing services, sales execution, or business management.
The Client acknowledges and agrees that they are fully responsible for:

However, business results depend on many factors outside the Consultant’s control, including but not limited to:
For this reason, Kevrionix does not guarantee any specific outcomes, including but not limited to:
Any examples or projections discussed are illustrative only.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kevrionix shall not be liable for any damages arising from the Client’s use of consulting services.
This includes but is not limited to:
The Client agrees that they assume full responsibility for all actions taken in relation to their business.
Maximum Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the total liability of Kevrionix for any claim arising from consulting services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific consulting engagement.
Payment terms for consulting services will be communicated prior to engagement.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
Payments are considered final once services have been delivered.
Because consulting services involve the delivery of intellectual work and strategic analysis, payments are non-refundable once the consulting service has been delivered.
Refunds may only be considered in situations such as:
Refund requests based on business performance or financial outcomes will not be granted.
Kevrionix respects the confidentiality of client discussions.
Information shared during consulting sessions will not intentionally be disclosed to third parties without permission, except where required by law.
Clients are responsible for determining what proprietary information they choose to disclose during discussions.
All frameworks, methodologies, documents, and materials provided by Kevrionix remain the intellectual property of Kevrionix unless otherwise stated.
This includes but is not limited to:
Clients may use these materials for their own business purposes but may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially resell them without written permission.
The relationship between Kevrionix and the Client is that of independent consulting.
Nothing in this Agreement shall be interpreted as creating:
In the event of a dispute arising from this Agreement or the consulting services provided, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith communication.
Clients agree to contact Kevrionix directly to seek resolution before initiating legal action or payment disputes.
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Kevrionix operates.
Any legal matters arising from this Agreement shall be handled according to the applicable laws of that jurisdiction.
Kevrionix shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to technical failures, internet outages, illness, natural events, or other unforeseen circumstances that prevent the delivery of consulting services.
By purchasing, booking, or participating in consulting services provided by Kevrionix, the Client acknowledges that they have read and agreed to this Client Consulting Agreement.
