By purchasing any services offered by Kevrionix, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.

1. Nature of Consulting Services

Kevrionix provides consulting services that include business analysis, strategic guidance, and structured recommendations designed to assist entrepreneurs in evaluating and improving aspects of their business.

These services are consultative in nature, meaning they involve the delivery of analysis, strategic insights, and structured recommendations rather than guaranteed outcomes.

Because consulting services involve time, expertise, and intellectual work that cannot be returned once delivered, refunds are limited as described in this policy.

2. No Refunds After Service Delivery

Once a consulting session, strategic analysis, or blueprint document has been delivered, all payments are considered final and non-refundable.

This includes situations where a client:

  • decides not to implement the recommendations
  • expected faster results
  • misunderstood the scope of consulting
  • changes their business plans

Consulting services involve the delivery of expertise and strategic guidance, which cannot be reversed or returned once provided.

3. Responsibility for Business Results

Kevrionix provides strategic guidance intended to help entrepreneurs better understand their business structure and potential improvement opportunities.

However, business outcomes depend on many variables outside our control, including:

  • execution of strategies
  • market conditions
  • customer demand
  • industry competition
  • individual decision making

For this reason, business results are not guaranteed, and refunds will not be issued based on business performance or financial outcomes.

4. Eligibility for Refund Consideration

Refund requests may only be considered in the rare event that:

  • a purchased service was not delivered at all
  • a technical error prevented access to a scheduled service and it was not rescheduled
  • duplicate payment occurred due to payment processing error

If a refund is approved under these circumstances, it will be issued using the original payment method.

5. Execution-Based Support Commitment

In certain cases, Kevrionix may offer additional strategic support if a client follows the recommended execution framework but does not recover the cost of the consulting session within the agreed timeframe.

This support is intended to provide additional guidance and refinement of strategy.

However, this support does not constitute a refund guarantee and remains subject to verification that the recommended execution activities were performed.

6. Cancellation Policy

If a client needs to reschedule a consultation session, they must provide notice at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.

Failure to provide adequate notice may result in the session being considered completed and therefore non-refundable.

Rescheduling requests will be accommodated where reasonably possible.

7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Kevrionix to attempt resolution may be considered a violation of these Terms.

We encourage clients to contact us directly so that any concerns can be addressed professionally.

Unjustified chargebacks may result in restrictions on future services.

8. Policy Changes

Kevrionix reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time.

Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised date.

Continued use of our services after updates indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
